If you need to cancel your order you can do so at any time. You may incur charges if your order has already been partially started and garments have already been customised. In cases where the order hasn't reached production stage you would be entitled to a full refund.

Returning Goods

In order to provide an efficient service to our customers Krowmark Ltd applies the following procedure and policies for the return of goods.

Krowmark will accept the return of embroidered or printed goods only if they are incorrectly supplied or faulty.

Unwanted, unworn, unmarked goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt for a credit/refund. If this is not met, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Samples must be returned within 21 days of receipt. If this is not met, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Please take care when opening the packaging on samples, as we ask that goods to be returned with its original packaging and labels.


If you wish to return any items please contact Krowmark Ltd by phone, fax or email to arrange a returns number.

We do not accept the return of garments specially manufactured, embroidered or printed either by Krowmark Ltd or the customer, or clearance items. Krowmark Ltd does not accept return carriage charges unless previously agreed before return of garments. We appreciate your help and co-operation in providing this service to our customers.
